MAKING YOUR RESERVATION
Having made your choice, please telephone us during office hours to confirm the availability of the property. We will hold this booking for three working days. On receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will confirm in writing. Once the booking is confirmed, the balance of payment is to be paid not less than six weeks before your holiday is due to start. If the booking is made within six weeks of your holiday, the whole of the payment is to be forwarded with your booking form. The booking deposit payable is £50.00 per week.
DOGS
Some owners will accept well behaved dogs by prior arrangement, for which a charge of £30.00 per dog per week is made. Please check with us at the time of booking, and confirm on the booking form if you are bringing a dog.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation by yourselves, our policy is as follows:
- Booking deposit only paid - We are unable to refund the booking deposit.
- Balance of payment paid - We are unable to refund this and therefore strongly advise that you take out Cancellation Insurance.

PAYMENT
Can be made by:
- Cheque: Made payable to ‘BURRIDGE LETTING AGENCY’
- Cash: Any outstanding payments due on the date of arrival will need to be settled in cash only.
CHANGEOVER AND COLLECTION OF KEYS
All holiday lettings run from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise arranged) commencing at 3.00pm and terminating at 10.00am. Keys will need to be collected from and returned to our office at 3 Mudeford. Please advise us if you are likely to arrive much later than 4.00pm. We are situated within Burridge Estate Agents and our office can be found opposite the Cricket Ground in the village centre between Argyle Road and Coastguard Way.
Please note that at the time of collecting your keys you will be asked for a returnable £50.00 (cash or cheque) security deposit against any accidental damage or extra cleaning at the property. Following an inspection of the property, this deposit will be returned to you within 7 working days of your departure.
CLEANING
We would ask that you leave the property clean and tidy, and to ensure that you take all your belongings with you. On changeover days there is only time for a superficial check and general clean. We rely on the goodwill of our guests whose co-operation we greatly appreciate. Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, then this will be charged at £10.00 per hour, deducted from your security deposit.
HIRE FACILITIES
Cots and high chairs are not always offered in our properties. Where none is available, the following company offers a hire and delivery service.

PROBLEMS
We hope, of course, that there won’t be any, but we acknowledge that however hard we try, you may encounter problems. In order that we can put these right as soon as possible please bring them to our immediate attention. Please do not wait until the end of your holiday as we would rather resolve any problems with as little delay as possible.
